A few minutes after consuming my first drink I felt great! Focused AND the berry flavor was delectable.

Super clean taste, good energy boost without a crash, no jitters at all. Became my main source of caffeine instead of coffee.

Taste

I bought the “Lemon and Lime”, but it was too sweet for me and I wasn’t a fan of the taste + it didn't dissolve amazingly well (used a shaker bottle). However, my friend who bought Raspberry Lemonade said it tasted good.

Packaging

Quality packaging, label has a nice matte feel to it, scoop was easy to find.

Performance

After about 30 minutes, I noticed my mind clear up. Normally, I have to take about .5g of caffeine to get that effect (due to being adhd amongst other neurological conditions), so that was quite pleasant. After a while I started to gain a level of focus and concentration that I normally gain from a can of celsius + mineral supplements. It didn’t take away from any of my tiredness, I still felt drowsy, however I was attentive and had a normal, if not slightly faster, reaction time (which was trippy but obviously that's on me for not sleeping properly).

These effects persisted for 8 hours, and I have experienced no crashes or jitters, the mental clarity however has persisted which for me is the most important thing.

While playing valorant, I was able to react quicker and be more attentive throughout the entire match; while studying I was able to concentrate for longer periods of time and go through a lot more content at once.

Conclusion

It works as advertised, it could be placebo but I’m getting my mum to try it tomorrow and will update. It granted me mental clarity and focus, while having none of the nasty side effects of typical stimulants.

I would definitely recommend since ~20 a month for this type of supplement (if you single scoop), is cheaper than buying energy drinks.

As someone who has experienced with many Energy Tubs this was by far the most game changing out of all of them i have tried many flavors such as "Mango, Wild berry and Lemon Lime" Ever since i have been adding a resupply every so often to make sure i get the right mentality on a daily basis. 10/10

I've tried a lot of different energy drinks and nootropics over the years and nothing compares to this. I easily get 6-7 hours of energy and focus out of single scoop of Flowstate.

Perfect size, perfect condition, 16oz actually makes me drink a ton of water because when the bottles Ive gotten before are too big, I dump it out and dont hydrate enough. This is the perfect size for my electrolytes and creatine that I use and is a super sleek, simple, clean and efficient design that makes me want to drink water and supplements.

I completely felt locked in, especially when playing VALORANT I felt I was more helpful to my team and even out performed compared to my past play style and competitive experiences it made me feel more awake and in the flow state as in the name
